Returns & Refunds Policy

At Haxson Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Your Right to Cancel

If you have purchased goods from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us by email at haxsonclothing@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Be free from damage, stains, odours, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

    We reserve the right to reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and fit.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

    • Gift cards.
    • Personalised or custom-made products.
    • Items sealed for hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed.
    • Any products specifically marked as non-returnable in accordance with applicable consumer law.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at haxsonclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item(s).
  4. Send the parcel to the address provided by our customer service team.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Haxson Clothing will cover reasonable return postage costs or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing haxsonclothing@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs showing the problem.

We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
